How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We reply to all enquiries within one working day. In most cases it's within a few hours during UK business hours. For existing clients with managed support contracts, response SLAs are defined in your agreement.
Do you only work with Kent businesses?

On-site work — CCTV installs, network deployments, break-fix — is focused on Kent and the South East. Remote-delivered services (managed IT, Microsoft 365, cloud) are available UK-wide. If you're not sure whether you're in our catchment, just ask.
Can you migrate us from an existing MSP?

Yes — we do this regularly and we manage the handover carefully. The first 30 days are about discovery, documentation and stabilisation, not wholesale change. We won't rip anything out that's already working.
What does the £30 per device per month cover?

Unlimited remote support, proactive maintenance, RMM monitoring, managed backups, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace management, and monthly health reports. See the

Do you offer emergency / out-of-hours support?

Yes — out-of-hours support is available as an add-on for managed clients. For enterprise CCTV clients, monitoring is 24/7/365 by default, with alerts routed to named contacts.
Can I rent CCTV for a short project?

Yes. Rental starts from £150 per month ex VAT and includes fully managed hardware, AI alerts and live site access. Equipment is removed at the end of the project. Minimum rental terms apply — typically 3 months.
